Rosetta Hires Healthcare Marketing Veteran to Lead Marketing Solutions Division
Michelle Mirchandani Hired As Partner; Will Spearhead New York Office’s Marketing Solutions Division
New York - August 21, 2006 - Rosetta has hired Michelle Mirchandani as Partner - Marketing Solutions. Rosetta is a leading provider of innovative sales and marketing campaigns that employ patented rule-based solutions to create personalized customer experiences for some of the leading global financial services and healthcare providers. Ms. Mirchandani will manage the development and implementation of client marketing initiatives that bridge the gap between strategy and business results.

Michelle brings to Rosetta over fifteen years of experience directing the marketing of high-sensitivity healthcare products. Previously, Michelle was Executive Vice President at Medical Broadcasting Company, now owned by Digitas, where she played a critical role in business development, client management, and marketing. Most notably, she managed and consistently grew MBC's relationship with the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, driving significant impact for such brands as Tylenol, Motrin, Topamax and Johnson's Baby.
More recently, as an independent marketing consultant, she was tapped by several companies to help develop consumer marketing programs with an eye towards true integration, as well as better targeting to drive better results. Michelle graduated from Harvard University with a BA in history of science and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mirchandani will oversee the entire Solutions Division in Rosetta's New York office, including strategy formulation and execution, account management, and process development. Additionally, Mirchandani will play an integral role in the development of Rosetta's overall strategy and direction.
