Associate Consultant
Overview
The Associate Consultant is an integral part of Rosetta's high-performance consulting teams. An Associate Consultant works closely with more experienced Consultants and Directors to learn how to utilize Rosetta's proprietary analytic approaches, how to understand and manipulate data via numerous technical and analytical platforms and processes, how to start thinking about conceptual creations of segmentation structures, and how to develop individual work plans to ensure timely and efficient attainment of team deliverables.

What You'll Do
An Associate Consultant's work provides the fact-base that is the foundation for Rosetta's consulting engagements through:
- Rigorous econometric and financial modeling
- Analysis of marketing data, including results of segmentation and marketing campaigns
- Fact-based interpretation of emerging results
- Communication with the client, with senior guidance, to deepen the Rosetta-client relationship by helping to design and execute Personality-based marketing programs
What Skills You'll Develop
An Associate Consultant will build a highly valuable knowledge and skill base by:
- Solving clients' business problems through gaining a deep understanding of their industries and through mentorship from senior members of the Rosetta team
- Sharpening both quantitative and qualitative skills by analyzing data sets, efficiently executing core project analyses, drawing out the important findings of analyses, and communicating recommendations to the internal project team leaders
- Beginning to develop expertise in designing marketing programs
- Starting to present emerging findings developed from analyses, with confidence, to managers and peer level contacts at the client
What Training You'll Receive
An Associate Consultant will participate in both formal and on-the-job training. Training modules include:
- Analytics (i.e., modeling and use of Rosetta's proprietary software)
- Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Time Management and Work Plans
- Marketing Strategies and Tactics
- Market Research Tools and Techniques
What Qualifications You'll Need
- From 0-2 years of full-time work experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Imaginative/interpretive skills (i.e., the ability to extrapolate beyond the numbers to the big picture)
- Ability to communicate effectively in a business environment
- A passion for solving problems and a desire to "crack the case"
- Willingness to accept responsibility and leadership
- Effectiveness in a team environment, while contributing as an individual
