Every Rosetta market application is designed to deliver predetermined, measurable results which ultimately translate into material economic benefit.
As part of every market application kick off, the joint Client-Rosetta team defines both program measures and economic measures. The Rosetta client service team ensures the tracking is in place to measure consumer flow, yield, and economic benefit at each step in the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, purchase, and usage).
Program measures include traffic, capture/response rate, and conversion rate. Economic measures include cost per acquisition (CPA), post-acquisition performance, campaign ROI, and long term customer value.
These program and economic measures are tracked and reported regularly to facilitate ongoing improvements to each marketing lever and campaign ROI.
