Creative & Content
Our Creative department is responsible for the overall design and brand carry-through for our client's marketing programs. We provide full-service Creative capability from concepting and art direction of designs all the way through production of the channel specific elements. As a part of that effort we develop and execute the visuals, sound and movement elements for heavily interactive solutions. These services apply both to offline (e.g. print media, premiums, CDi, kiosks, etc.) as well as online elements (e.g. forms, buttons, video, audio, MOA, banners, Flash-based solutions) for all site and campaign elements.
In addition, we have a staff capable of developing the overall tone, style, messaging and content manuscript including the personalized and promotional messaging for the web and e-mail channels. For our specific healthcare client, we maintain a deep industry healthcare skill set including:
- Therapeutic expertise in over 15 categories
- Medical writers & editors who create only Web-based content (~17,000 pages in last 4 years)
- Medical Direction and Medical-Legal expertise
- Sourcing and referencing done to AMA and client standards
- Original and adapted content for consumer, patient and healthcare professional audiences

Use and Usability & Experience Architecture
Core to our Web services group is Use and Usability group, a team of program, experience and information architects devoted to ensuring Rosetta's solutions are mapped to both the end customer needs and business objectives, as well as ensuring the customer experience is fulfilling and intuitive. Our architects create rigorous experience design blueprints - program flows, experience maps, communication plans, scenarios, wireframes, and specifications - that are driven 100% by customer research and insights. These blueprints directly inform final solution design and creative development, ensuring that strategies are always being carried through to the end solution.
Critical to effective experience design is qualitative user experience research, a core competency of the Use and Usability group. We make sure that any customer-facing interface meets user expectations, is intuitive, and, equally important, delivers on the brand needs. Whether it's concept testing of a design or wireframe or usability testing of a fully-programmed site, the end solution will be validated by your customers. The Use and Usability group also works very closely with Marketing Intelligence to analyze user interaction with our programs and determine ongoing user experience optimizations that will ultimately improve client success metrics.
